The WaterSmart Innovations Conference and Exposition has scheduled pre-show workshops for Tuesday, October 3, where water-efficiency professionals can benefit from the expertise of counterparts working in a wide range of disciplines.
The workshops are available for a separate fee when you register for WSI. Attendees who register as a guest or as Expo-only may also add the workshop(s) to their registration.
Featuring a full slate of comprehensive professional sessions, an expo hall and technical tours highlighting water-efficient practices in Southern Nevada, the 10th annual WSI is slated for October 4-6 at the South Point Hotel and Conference Center. Visit WaterSmartInnovations.com for more info and to sign up for updates.
A limited number of seats are still available for informative and enlightening technical tours that will cap off this year’s WSI conference and expo on Friday, October 6.
The tours include visits to Hoover Dam, The Palazzo Resort, Springs Preserve and Clark County Wetlands Park. The Springs Preserve tour is $25 and includes complimentary lunch at the facility’s Divine Café; all other tours are $35 per registered WSI participant. Tours will depart from the South Point Hotel and Conference Center. We recommend you wear comfortable clothing and shoes (no flip-flops, please).
Due to security measures, all tour participants will be required to present a valid photo ID (i.e. driver's license or current passport) along with their ticket as they board the bus. On-site facility personnel at each destination may also request your photo ID.
If you have already registered for the conference, you can go back to the WSI registration site and change your registration to add a tour. You also can register for the technical tours even if you are not a full-conference registrant.
