The American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association (ARCSA) is the biggest and one of the most knowledgeable rainwater harvesting organizations worldwide. Every year they hold an annual conference that brings together rainwater harvesters from all walks of life, including professionals, scholars and policy makers.
